For stays of between 7 and 29 nights notice of cancellation is required 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of 50% of the total booking.
For stays of 30 nights and more notice of cancellation is required 14 days prior to arrival to avoid a minimum cancellation charge of 25% of the total booking.
