Searching for your hotel

To search for a list of available hotels, use the 'Hotel Search Form' facility on our Home page. Within the search fields enter the dates, type and number of rooms you require. For a more advanced search, use the Advanced Search form. For more help on search facilities see our Searching For A Hotel section.

After clicking 'Search Hotels Now' on the 'Hotel Search Form', a list of all available hotels for your requested stay will appear. On this page, you can see a picture and a brief description for each of the available hotels. You can sort the list of available hotels by 'Most Popular', 'Price', and 'Rating'. For more information of any of the hotels, just click on the picture or 'more hotel info'

Booking your selected room(s)

Once you have chosen your selected room(s) and hotel, click on the 'book selected rooms' button. Every hotel has one of these buttons, and it is the first step to the booking process.

Follow the trail

Notice that after you have clicked the 'book selected rooms' button, a breadcrumb trail appears at the top of the page. This tells you exactly where you are with your booking, and how far left you have to go. At each section of the trail, there are instructions on how to fill in the details, and help pages are available to assist with your booking.

Once you click on the 'Book Now' button, you can rest assured that your booking is in safe hands. This is how it works:

  • A fax is sent to the hotel: When you click the 'Book Now' button, we instantly we receive your booking request and a confirmation fax is sent to your requested hotel straight away. The hotel receives this fax, and then input the details you provided into their system.
  • A confirmation email is sent to you: While the fax is being sent, a confirmation email is whizzing its way through the electronic highway straight into your email inbox. You will receive this email within minutes of you clicking the 'book now' button. Your confirmation email will contain your booking reference number, booking details (room details, dates of stay, room rates, etc), hotel details including telephone number and address, a map showing the hotel's location, details of how to cancel or amend your booking and details of how to contact us for any reason.

What now?

You simply arrive at the hotel on your arrival date to check in. When checking in, simply tell them your details such as your name, and that you booked through easy-london-hotels.com (you could bring along the email we sent but this is not essential). You will be asked how you would like to pay - normally, an imprint of your credit card will be taken to cover any incidental expenses, and then you can agree to pay at the end of your stay using the credit card or with cash. At the end of your stay, you will receive an invoice in your name for your own records.
