The hotel is set in the East End of London, within easy reach of two parks, Haggerston Park and Victoria Park. The V&A Museum of Childhood is also a short walk away. The Hackney Empire Theatre is just over one mile away and easily reached by public transport.
Bethnal Green is the nearest tube station, just over ten minutes' walk away from the hotel and providing services on the Central line. Cambridge Heath railway station is nearer, offering main line services including regular services to London Liverpool Street.

Cancellations can be made free of charge, provided that details are received prior to 2pm on the day of arrival. Cancellations made after 2pm on the date of arrival will incur a fee equivalent to the cost of the first night's accommodation.
The credit card number provided at the time of booking will be used to confirm the reservation.
The hotel reserves the right to pre-authorise the credit card on the day of arrival.
In the event that the credit card cannot be pre-authorised the hotel will contact you to verify the information provided. If this is not possible, however, the hotel reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
On arrival at the hotel, you will be asked for a credit card, and payment will be taken either on arrival or when you check out.
Guests who wish to pay by cash on arrival will be required to present photographic ID (current driving license, national ID card or passport). For one night stays, any guest paying by cash will additionally be asked for a security deposit equal to the cost of one night's stay.
