Kanteen, a stylish new restaurant for contemporary dining, launched January 2004. Executive Chef Stephen Spooner will head up the team and has designed a brand new menu offering creative modern dishes for - breakfast, lunch and dinner.
24-hour room service is available for guests no matter what time zone they are on - all day breakfast, afternoon tea at 10pm, 3 course dinner at 5am.
